Luisa Marie Darvish Ghane
"Chamber music means especially much to me. Playing music together and starting new projects excites me and makes up most of my musical career.“
What affected Luisa most on her path to becoming a classical guitarist was her education at a music school near her hometown Leipzig and at the renowned Yehudi Menuhin School in England, which prepared her for the studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg. For six years she studied with Prof. Olaf Van Gonnissen and obtained her master's degree with top marks. During that time she won two third prizes in international competitions with her Duo Decacordio (Ilona Glas – violin) and her Guitar Duo Reichelt & Nissen (Johann Jacob Nissen) and published the CD Debut with the latter in 2015. In 2017 and in 2020 her CDs Holberg Unplugged feat. two guitars and two cellos and deditcation were released with her quartet MIRROR STRINGS and in 2022 her CD minim with Guitar Quartet 2020 followed suit. Luisa performs as a soloist and chamber musician with different artists from f.e. the Ensemble Resonanz or orchestras such as the Hamburger Symphoniker or the Neue Philharmonie Munich. Her CDs and scores are published by Acoustic Music Books and Ears Love Music and she plays guitars by Friederike Linscheid and Mario Gropp. Her strings are sponsored by OPTIMA Strings.
